What gets sent to Google Sheets?
Each order becomes one item, named after the order number. You choose which order fields (email, total, payment status and more) fill which columns.
Will an order ever show up twice?
No. OrderBoard for Google Sheets remembers which item belongs to which order, so payments, edits and fulfilments update the item it already made.
What happens after 50 orders on the free plan?
New orders stop being sent until your next monthly period, or until you upgrade to Pro. Orders already on your spreadsheet keep updating.
Do you store my customers' data?
No. Order details are forwarded to Google Sheets and not kept. We only store which item matches which order. Uninstalling deletes that too. See the privacy policy.
